The tea seeds were milled into powder using a 40-mesh size sieve after drying. The tea seed oil was obtained by cold pressing with a hydraulic press at 25 MPa. First, tea seed oil was incubated with isopropanol and methanol (1:1:5, v:v:v) at 50 °C for 0.5 h. Then, the prepared supernatant was collected by centrifuging at 8000 rpm for 5 min.
