The oil yield of PU pretreated camellia seeds was higher than that of the UT camellia seeds except for PU-600 pretreated camellia seeds, whose oil yield was slightly lower than that of UT camellia seeds (P > 0.05). This may be due to that the oil cannot fully overflow from the seeds at low speed (600 rpm), thus resulting in a low oil yield.
