Among the three green extraction methods, SUBLDME gave the oils from both white and red bran the highest total phytosterol (1682.21 and 1784.17 mg/100 g), followed by SF-CO 2 (1347.33 and 1644.40 mg/100 g, respectively). The maximum phytosterol found in the CRBO extracted using SF-CO 2 was 1535鈥?912 mg/100 g [ 100 ].
