As shown in Fig. 2 a, temperature and irradiation power had significantly effect on oil recovery, and it demonstrated that extraction temperature around 45 C and irradiation power around 420 W resulted in high oil yield.As shown in Fig. 2 b, at a fixed enzyme concentration, oil yield increased with rising temperature as the rate of enzyme-catalysed reactions increased with increasing temperature.
